Our Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with Service Mi Car services that involve a fee, whether for a specific service period or subscription term, and it is your first purchase of such a service, you may request a cancellation by emailing [email protected] for any reason within fourteen (14) days of the initial order or activation of the service (referred to as the "Refund" and "Refund Period").

Initial Purchase Only:

The refund applies exclusively to your first purchase of Service Mi Car services.

Transaction Fee:

A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the approved refund amount.

Account Termination:

Refunds will not be issued if your account or services are terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your legal rights.

Refunds are not available for credited amounts in your account, which must be spent on purchases and renewals.

We will decide when to issue refunds.

Any money sent to us that exceeds the required amount will only be given back as credit instead of a refund.

The Refund does not apply to extra purchases, upgrades (including buying add-ons initially), or changes to Service Mi Car Services.

If we are notified during the Refund Period, Service Mi Car will reimburse you the cost of the Services minus a 10% transaction fee in the same currency you were originally charged in and cancel them as well. Kindly be aware that the refund amount may vary from the amount you were charged because of currency fluctuations and additional third-party charges. Service Mi Car will not assume responsibility for any discrepancies resulting from variations in currency exchange rates or additional fees imposed by third-party entities.

Once the Refund Period has passed, the Fees you paid cannot be refunded or canceled. Furthermore, in case it is discovered that a cancellation notice was made in a dishonest manner or with the intention to dodge payment for services already used, we retain the right to charge the User responsible for the notice for any Service Mi Car Services they have received as allowed by law.

Should you decide to cancel your subscription/account within 14 days and send a "Notice of Cancellation" to [email protected], your refund will be issued within two weeks of receiving your request. We will refund your payment through the same payment method you used initially.

After the cancellation, Service Mi Car will remove all accounts, websites, and other services linked to the subscription that was cancelled.
